Our 3rd Annual Parkinson’s Research Golf Outing and Silent Auction is once again our biggest event of the year! It will be held on Monday, April 19, 2021 at The Cardinal by Pete Dye! After a rough 2020, we are excited to be back on the course with our participants again this year.

Teams will consist of 4 golfers (exceptions if needed).

One Player - $165

Foursome - $600

Hole Sponsor - $300 (includes sign on a hole with your logo/name*)

Sponsor - $1,300 (includes a foursome, hole sponsor sign, and your logo/name on the shirt*)

Title Sponsor - $5,000 (includes two foursomes, top logo on shirt, hole sponsor sign, and detailed recognition*)

*Deadline for all artwork for logos and names is April 1, 2021.
