Our First Annual Parkinson’s Research Golf Outing and Silent Auction is our biggest event of the year. it will be a shotgun start at 1:00PM on Monday, April 8, 2019 at The Cardinal by Pete Dye in Greensboro. Play will be in teams of four. Price of the event includes a box lunch before play, heavy hors d’oeurves and an award ceremony immediately after play, Silent Auction, drink tickets, a tee shirt, and a Koozie. We look forward to seeing you there!
Cost:
One Player - $150
Foursome - $575
Hole Sponsor - $300 (includes sign on a hole with your logo/name*)
Sponsor - $1,200 (includes a foursome, hole sponsor sign, and your logo/name on the shirt*)
Title Sponsor - $5,000 (includes two foursomes, top logo on shirt, hole sponsor sign, and detailed recognition*)
*Deadline for all artwork for logos and names is March 20, 2019
